Business Development Officer
Location: Castle Donington
Full time: Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 - 17:00
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Job Tile: Business Development Officer
Salary: £18k per annum + commision
An exciting opportunity has been created for a sales driven confident individual to join an established team.
This is a temporary role but could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Weekly pay.
Main Responsibilities:
New business development
Management of company social media sites and promotion of our services
Cold calling clients (telephone and in person) creating new business opportunities
Working towards monthly KPI targets set by your line manager
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Assisting with general office admin duties and scheduling as required

Northern Consultant
Location: Leeds (LS10)
Full Time: Mon – Fri 08.00 – 17.30, some weekends and on call will be required
Reporting to: Northern Branch Manager
Job Title: Northern Consultant
Salary: £27,000
Main Responsibilities:
First point of contact for our client & drivers
Daily planning and scheduling, organising shift rotas and booking staff
Resourcing new drivers through social media, job sites, ARM Personnel's website & word of mouth.
Liaising with the driver trainer on site to book in potential new drivers for assessments
Registering new drivers.
Dealing with second tier agencies on a daily basis
Build Client relationships
Person Specification/Experience:
Excellent attention to detail
Able to multi task to a high standard
Experience using Microsoft Excel is a must
Able to use Outlook & Word
Confident speaking to people via the phone & also face to face
Must have experience working within a busy Transport office
Good understanding of the WTD & drivers rules and regulations
A full UK driving licence with own transport
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Out of hour’s on call service when required
